Sizing
All our shoes are made in UK sizes, to assist you please use our International size conversion chart (see Size Conversion Chart). If you have very broad feet or are ordering 7 inch heels that you may want to consider going up a shoe size.

Payment
Please Note. Due to the nature of these products (they are high value hand-made footwear) construction of any shoes or boots will not begin until your credit or debit card has been debited the full amount.

Delivery
We do our very best to fulfill your order on an accurate and timely basis and depend on our great service to keep you satisfied.
When you have placed your order our craftsmen and women will commence work on the creation of your bespoke shoes or boots. We will need you to allow us up to 28 days for this process, as each pair is built by hand. Once they have been checked and passed our 23 point quality check, only then will they be ready for dispatch. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Delivery charges
UK - Priority delivery 2-4 days. FREE - introductory offer only (normal delivery price £6.95).
USA, CANADA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, GERMANY, IRLEAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, NETHERLANDS, SPAIN: Swift Airmail 7-10 days, includes full insurance. €20 or $20
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Swift Airmail 7-14 days, includes full insurance. €49 or $49
Shoes or boots with 9 inch or higher heels, estimated delivery times will be somewhat longer than normal. However we will email and advise you fully.
Guarantees
If in the extremely unlikely event of you receiving a defective or faulty product for any reason, we will quickly exchange them or refund the full price paid including delivery charges, and we will also refund the cost of you returning the product to us. Items returned to us as defective must be returned to us within a reasonable time, this being within 10 days of your receipt. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box and packaging.
